Aleksi Aubry-Carlson started playing electric and acoustic guitar at the age of 11. He started with Ehat Musa and François Leroux, and improved with Mathias Desmier and Pierre Chaze. In 2002, he joined David Lampel's class in classical harmony until he obtained his diploma. He then continued in the class of Jean-Michel Bardez and also began studying organ and improvisation in the class of Denys Mathieu-Chiquet. At the same time, he studied conducting and orchestration with Henri-Claude Fantapié.
Primarily a composer, he worked for United Colors of Benetton in its Fabrica multimedia center in 2001. His work with Carolyn Carlson, Sara Orselli, Alessandra Ferrarri and Alberto Casarotto allowed him to work in the dance world. Since 2006, he regularly composes music for internet media, commercials, short films and video games.
